Charming antique Steiff teddy bear measuring 16″ c1908 with button in ear. Ted came to me wearing the most adorable sailor outfit that he has worn for many a year now it fits him perfectly. I have not taken his top off it’s not sewn onto him but I do not want to pull him around too much, having said that he’s a strong chap with hardly any of his once white mohair remaining original pink stitched nose she button eyes and a growler that now clunks when he is shaken. His foot pads are perfect I suspect due to wearing his socks and boots, hand pads have some repairs I also have photographed a repair to his body just above his leg
