William..Gorgeous vintage Chiltern teddy bear.Dating circa 1958 from the Hugmee series.Measures just over 20″ from pads to tips of ears.Original velveteen pads with some old repairs.Card lined feet pads.Mohair coverage is very good with just minor areas of wear.Comes with a note around his neck stating some facts about his make and that teddy has had a replaced nose with the remains of his chewed old nose in a little bag.Also back seam has been opened to take out the squeak in the squeaker!Head is filled with wood wool and there is a mixture of wood wool and kapok else- where giving teddy a soft cuddly hug.Please note mohair has a ever so slightly oily feeling (I am being fussy here)Such a charming bear with a face that that will bring a smile to your face!From smoke free home.Any questions please ask..
