This adorable little bear is a Chiltern Hugmee Teddy bear made by Chiltern Toys of Britain in the 1930’s.He has lovely black and amber glass eyes.. original.. a stitched snouted nose and inverted stitched mouth. His paws are made of velvet with stitched claws. He is a five jointed bear with moveable limbs and head. His body feels like is it stuffed with wood-wool straw and there is evidence of having a growl voice box which no longer works. He is a lovely size 15″ and has a very sweet face. There is some wear to his fur and his feet have been repaired with new pads at some time.
