Dear old Walter is a VERY large, vintage teddy bear measuring a whopping 38″ tall from the tips of his ears to the tips of his toes. Made of pale golden mohair, his fur is in remarkably good condition for his age. Original black and orange plastic eyes . Black embroidered nose and mouth (could do with some attention). Original pawpads in good condition (stitching just starting to come undone on one) holes in both footpads where straw stuffing is peeping through (please see pic).
Saying all that, Walter is a lovely old BIG bear with a barrel chest and lovely personality – very heavy!
