GEORGE is a large vintage teddy bear – 31″ from the tips of his ears to the tips of his toes. George was probably a dark cream back in the day but he could do with a bit of a clean. Poor George could also do with some help with both his footpads and one pawpad (my sewing is so dreadful I would not attempt this repair (please see pics). Also staining to back of one leg (please see pic).
Saying that George has a truly lovely expression and is quite a sturdy bear. Beautiful original eyes and black embroidered nose and mouth. Just waiting for a new family to make a fuss of him!
