Meet Wendy and Scrappy, two dear old friends who have been together for a long time. Wendy is the panda. Shes a pyjama case, fixed in a sitting position with arms and legs set forwards. She is unjointed. She has a lot of her plush fur remaining, although the white areas are rather brown and she does have a few bald areas, mostly around her nose and the tips of her paws and ears. She is firmly stuffed in her head, legs and arms (wood wool, I think) and Ive put some toy stuffing in her tummy in the place of pyjamas so that she sits up. She has large amber plastic eyes and a black plastic nose. She is almost 14 tall (in the sitting position) and 11 wide from the tips of her paws to her back. She still has her original red and white striped ribbon. Scrappy is the dog. She has a fair bit of her white mohair remaining, but also quite a lot of bald patches. She has black ears – one original, although clearly sewn back on at some point, and one newer black felt replacement. She has an original black velvet nose and mouth stitching. Her brown glass eyes are replacements. She has hard stuffing (wood wool again?) in her head and legs, but her tummy is soft, with a space for pyjamas. She is 15 long from the tip of her nose to her bottom (19 to the end of her tail) and 7 tall to the top of her head. She is unjointed. I dont know anything about their age or maker, but I bought them together and was told theyve been together for a long time, so please adopt these old friends!Really sorry, will only post within the UK.
