Meet Linden, a lovely old Chiltern Hugmee bear who is 22 tall and from the 1940s-50s, I think. He has been in the wars a bit as when I bought him, he didnt have any legs – he now has replacement ones and the rest of him is in pretty good condition, with most of his long mohair fur remaining (although it could do with a good brush to dust it off and get it all going in the same direction as hes a little bit scruffy!) He is fully jointed and all are moving smoothly, including the replacement legs. His head and body seem to be stuffed with wood wool and his arms with something softer. He has his original amber eyes (plastic, I think, and one a bit scratched – see pics) and his original nose and mouth stitching. His top paw pads are all original, too. The price reflects his lack of original legs, although in his clothes, you cant even tell theyre not his own.Really sorry, will only post within the UK – no international postage.
