A 13″ high vintage teddy bear in what I believe is to be made out of a golden mohair. The only label he has is on his foot and simply says “Made in Eire” which makes me think he is a Tara teddy bear.He has glass eyes, stitched nose and mouth and jointed arms and legs but his head is not jointed. He feels like he is stuffed with straw and kapok and probably once had a squeeze box or growler which I can feel but no longer works.He is one of the early Tara bears but his fur is still in good condition with minimal wear and his colour is still very strong.
