I love this little bear. She probably dates from around the 1930s/40s and is approx. 13″ tall and wearing what looks like her original dress which I have to say, is rather worn and has seen better days.Not sure what the bear is made of but does rather feel like a wool or something similar but may be synthetic. You can see she has been much loved as the leather paw pads do have a bit of wear and there has been a touch of repair.She is fully jointed and has what I believe is called a wobble head. She has lovely large ears, glass eyes and a stitched nose and mouth. Not sure what she is stuffed with but it does feel quite firm.I do not know the maker but she really does have character.Will you give her a good new home ?????
