Very nice vintage Chiltern Hugmee teddy bear, dating from 1940s,
made of gold colour mohair, stuffed with wood-wool throughout the body and head,
fully jointed,
original orange and black glass eyes,original black vertically stitched nose, inverted V shape mouth stitching,
original ‘flocked’ rexine pads in very good condition,
four claws stitching to each limb,
has got inoperative squeaker in a tummy.
Teddy Bear is approx. 16″ (41 cm) tall.
Condition – item is in very good original vintage condition with very minor general wear.
