Vintage old Blue Ribbon Playthings mohair teddy bear, dating from 1950s,
of gold mohair,
fully jointed,
feels to be hard stuffed with sub or cotton throughout the body and head, wood-wool in the muzzle,
orange and black plastic eyes,
pronounced muzzle,
black felt nose,
inverted Y shape mouth stitching,
original painted cloth pads with slight general wear,
no claws stitching,
inoperative cardboard squeaker.
Approx. 17″ (44 cm) tall.
Condition – teddy bear is in original vintage condition with some general wear, thinning and balding at the back of his legs; joints are fine.
