You are bidding on a lovely Vintage Merrythought MUSICAL Dog, which is rare, I can only find one other on-line and that sold for 100 in 2007 by Vectis Toy Auction House. He plays a lulaby slowly, but clearly, he is made of of Mohair and Silk, Painted Plastic Black & White eyes. I believe him to be from the 1960s as that fits with my age!! He has been in my family home attic and now requires a new home. I haven’t tried to clean him due to the Musical box, but his Brother I am selling which is a nightdress case has been cleaned. Happy to send both together.
Condition – USED and Loved – Musical Wind Up WORKS really well, but he does have paw damage, some fur loss and needs a good clean, but to find a musical one is RARE – he has a really cute looking doleful face – Please see close up flash photos.
