Vintage German 16inch Steiff Teddy Bear 1950’s
Welcome to my auction I specialise in original vintage teddy bears in the best possible condition, so the more discerning collectors can source genuine old bears that they will be proud to own.
I have been working with bears for 40 years now, so any purchase you make from me can be done with the greatest of confidence – I have many very happy customers, many of whom are repeat buyers who appreciate the quality and integrity in my listings!

Can you give this superb vintage Steiff bear his new forever home!!
This stunning 1950s Steiff is for sale in excellent condition – he is an all original, vintage chunky German Steiff mohair Teddy Bear
This is an exceptionally handsome bear – measuring 16 inches standing, 12 inches in seated position and is in excellent clean condition throughout – please see photos.
This bear comes from a pet free, smoke free home.
Teddy does not have his Steiff original button in his ear but is sold with a guarantee to be 100% Steiff.
Teddy is made from a really nice top quality grade of mohair, and has great coverage for his age slightly longer than the short haired Steiff bears – he is a beautiful beige colour if anything pic make him look slightly paler than he his he has no marks or fading

This bear is fully jointed – all joints are in good working order – there are no loose ones so he sits perfectly – there are no rips or tears to the mohair fabric and he is 100% straw filled.
Teddy has the most handsome face with original Steiff glass eyes and original embroidered nose.
Teddy’s paw and foot pads are all in good condition
He will be sent out by Royal Mail on a 1st class recorded
