Genuine vintage Gabrielle Designs Paddington bear, dating from late 1970s,
complete with luggage tag and white blue printed side label,
made of beige colour plush, feels to be hard stuffed with soft filling throughout the body and head,
unjointed,
has got original orange and black plastic eyes,more rounded face,
original black moulded nose,
original pale brown felt pads to feet in very good condition.
Paddington wears original outfit comprising of thick green felt coat, thinner felt red hat with large safety pin, red Dunlop wellies (size 20 (4)) .His luggage tag displays some general wear and crease.
Teddy Bear is approx. 18″ (48 cm) tall.
Condition – Paddington itself is in very good vintage condition, clothes display some general wear, moth nibbles and discolouration patches.
