Pocket size, 5″ 1920’s black mohair Felix the Cat soft toy for TLC.
This diminutive Felix the cat soft toy dates to the 1920’s and was possibly made by Farnell?He is wood wool stuffed and stands at just 5″ tall with black mohair and a white felt muzzle and he has been loved with some damages but is still a great character toy with bundles of charm.
Felix is missing his right arm, one of his googly glass eyes, he has some holes in his felt muzzle and his black mohair is a little threadbare as you can see in the photos. Despite all this, he is essentially sturdy and he is still able to stand with his tail acting as a third leg like a tripod and he has such great charm and character I think he can be forgiven his faults.With a bit of TLC he could be restored to some of his former glory and he would make a greataddition to any hug of bears or collection of early toys.
