What a cracker!!
This old bear is all there, he has Velveteen pads with appropriate waer for his age.
He does look like he has had his head above the parrapit so could s with a gentle clean but I will leave this to someone who knows what they are doing. He has died joints and a growler that still works allbiet a bit quiet.
I not sure of his origins or age although he is heavy.
