Vintage 1950’s Blue Gum Baby 8″ Fur Koala Bear Toy – Glass Eyes / Pink Bow
Measurements – 8″ tall
Vintage 1950’s koala bear known as a Blue Gum Baby
Brought back as a souvenir by a relative in the 1950’s and displayed then stored
Pale fur – I think these were made from kangaroo fur (shudder)
The eyes are made of glass and the nose is leather
Difficult to tell what it is stuffed with but it sounds like wood wool and something else
The claws are rubber and the right paw has the claws missing
Pink bow around the neck with part of the maker’s label still there
House trained

Generally clean, though I expect it to be dusty inside
Both glass eyes present, one claw missing, label partly missing
