This fascinating little habedashery bear has been very cleverly mounted on a cardboard base and adorned with cottons, elastic, buttons pins and threads. She has a lovely crocheted cape and matching little hat. The mount that she is attached to has a tray in front of her from which the buttons and pins are attached and hang around the tray. There are stains on her clothing where the glue used to put her together has come through.
She is vintage but I am unable to give specifics on her age or origin.
The base on which she stands is 4 1/2 inches by 7 1/2 inches.
On the base at her feet you will see the word Veldons in old print and stuck onto the base.
She is in lovely condition and has been living in a glass cabinet.
