Steiff Teddy Bear – vintage
Golden Mohair from mid 1960s

Button in ear + tag (mostly unreadable)
Condition –
Mohair: Small bare area on head (Image 5). Small area of thinning on edge of feet and near one paw (Image 1). Other areas are in good condition – but obviously some roughness in places due to age.
Stitching: Original (There is some wear on the nose as the images show).
Felt: Original and intact but showing some wear on heels (Image 4)
Joints – Good for age but slightly loose at head (not visible when bear is on display).
Growler Still makes a sound of some kind but it is not the same as new and does not work consistently.
