Another pint size Chiltern for you to look at. This one is 14″ high, 5 way jointed , all working well. He is mostly filled with wood wool. I think once upon a time his mohair was very long for such a small boy, He still has quite a bit but age has taken its toll & he is thinning in places, his arms are quite sparse, maybe where he was held by the arm in an earlier lifetime? His tummy has a bit of a dent, probably where his growler was pressed a lot. His pads are rexine covered, I apologise for lack of photos of his pads but blame my new computer & its photo keeping, I can’t find them , its happened a lot since changing over, need to get one of the grandchildren to put it right, I havn’t a clue. His pads are rexine covered in dark brown, the top part of rexine is cracking a little bit but the under part is strong & there are not any holes etc. he has brown glass eyes , a stitched nose & mouth. He looks quite unhappy bless him, perhaps he knows its time for him to go? He goes on his travels wearing his blue knitted jumper & socks all washed for the journey. He is from my own collection from my non smoking home.
