Skylar is a stunning, good sized vintage mohair bear cub dating to the 1950s. Although he has no label I am confident that he is by Steiff as I have had identical bear cubs before, with IDs. He is 8″ high and 14″ long with glass eyes, handstitched nose and mouth and realistic airbrushed detail to his face. He is in excellent condition, apart from some loose stitching to his right ear which needs attention, see photo. In all othed respects he is robust. He is clean and fresh smelling, displays beautifully, and he would make a lovely addition to any old bear collection. Please see my other listings for more early miniature bears.
