I am offering a Rare Limited Edition Replica of the world famous ALFONZO TEDDY BEAR, made exclusively for Teddy Bears of Witney.
This is a Replica of the red mohair 1908 STEIFF Bear, given to Princess Xenia of Russia by the Grand Duke George Michailvitch, and this bear has been faithfully reproduced, even down to his Cossack clothing.
He is made from the most beautful RED mohair in accordance with Steiff’s high standards and individually hand-finished, before leaving the STEIFF factory.
He is fully jointed at his head, arms and legs.
He measures 31 cm or 12 inches tall.
This Steiff Alfonzo Replica Bear was made as a Limited Edition of 5,000 pieces and he is number 01899. He has a GOLD STEIFF button in his ear, and a White Limited Edition ear tag.

I purchased this lovely ALFONZO Replica as new, from Teddy Bears of Witney, back in 1991. He has been in my care and private collection ever since, and has always been on display in a glass cabinet; he has only been handled carefully on just a few occasions. He is in EXCELLENT CONDITION.
He will go to his new home with his Steiff Certificate, as pictured.
I no longer have the original box, but please be assured that Alfonzo will be very carefully packed for his journey to his new home.
