This is Steiff Urfips, number 469 of 3000, made in 1996, a worldwide Museum Collection Limited Edition replica of the original 1926 Steiff Urfips.
As you see, Urfips is a mechanical key wind up clockwork monkey – on tricycle. The mechanism can be temperamental but it does work, and works especially well on hard floor surfaces.
Urfips has his Steiff limited edition white label, button in ear, original scroll style certificate, NO Box or chest label.
His head is jointed, so he can be posed. Generally good to very good, previously used and handled vintage condition. Stored here in a non smoking environment.
