Very nice, retired and rare to find German Hermann Spielwaren teddy bear created to commemorate Beijing 2008 Olympic Games,
named ‘Great Britain Medal Bear – Beijing 2008’
of very small Limited Edition of only 47 pieces made, this is number 21,
complete with his swing tags, printed label, triangular button at the back of the head.
Bear is made of gold and blonde mohair and blue, white, red plush,
stuffed with polyester filling throughout the body and head, pellets in tummy and limbs,
fully jointed,
original black boot-button type eyes,
pronounced clipped muzzle,
vertically stitched nose,
inverted V shape mouth stitching,
original felt pads in very good condition,
no claws stitching,
has got embroidered pads – one with his Limited Edition number, another with Medals table.
Complete with his felt wreath.
Approx. 15” (39 cm) tall.
Condition – item is in very good original pre-owned condition with all ID’s.
