Rare Chiltern Bear on a Tricycle. Charming little creature that will pedal if you pull the string.
When the string is pulled the bear’s legs start to move imitating pedaling.
Chiltern ‘Bear on a Tricycle’ designed by Pamela Howells in 1958. (CB1-0669). A small straw filled fur covered bear with glass eyes seated on a metal framed red painted tricycle, made as a pull along toy. Fitted with black rubber tyres.
Very good condition.
Both eyes are still intact. The fur is in good condition for the age.
The only fault is the decorative disc on one of the pedals is missing.
It is not really a toy. It is a collector’s piece.
