Precious early humped teddy bear believed to by by Strunz, dating from c.1908-1910,
made of blonde short pile mohair, stuffed with fine excelsior throughout the body and head,
fully jointed,
has got original boot-button eyes,pronounced muzzle,
original black stitched nose, inverted Y shape mouth stitching,
original felt pads in fair condition with some general wear, hole to the left foot pad, but nothing bad, no claws stitching,
feels that he’s got some broken voice box in tummy, hump,final seam runs to the front.
Teddy Bear is approx. 16″ (41 cm) tall.
Condition – item is in good antique condition with some general wear and thinning, joints are fine.
