Meet Pip, a 1940s or 50s pyjama/nightdress case spaniel dog made from mohair. He is missing his eyes and has nose stitching with a longer stitch at each end (possibly Merrythought?) and a straw filled head and wire running inside his front legs for better poseability.
His zip works well and the silk lining to his storage compartment is in great condition. He is a darling old pup and would make a lovely unusual addition to any old bear collection.
