This is a rare Chad Valley completely original “Harwin” classic “Magna” teddy bear, he is a whopping 20″ bear with the oversized floppy head (he head drops with age) and all original mouth, noise and claw stitching. Completed with original glass eyes and is stuffed with excelsior, this has settled over his 88 years to add to his slightly world weary stature. He has a non-working growler, original felt pads & is sporting the original Chad Valley Magna label. He has 80% blonde mohair & sports a hand made Harris Tweed coat complete with classic 1930s back belt. His stuffing has settled over the years and the bear remains in original condition and has not been attempted to be cleaned so if you are seeking a perfection of over an 80 year old bear please consider buying a reproduction. He is a rear find and had been with myself for 10 years.
