Old Vintage Antique Fechter Growler Teddy BearHector is a straw filled vintage teddy bear made by Fechter and he stands at 12 inches tall. He is a growler with a healthy voice !As noted in the sellers notes, he is ; In vintage love worn condition with sparse plush coverage, and visible seams. He has some holes to the paws.Hector has his original amber and black glass eyes and stitched features .His mouth is the closed mouth type Fechter which is a bit harder to find. He is fully jointed with good joint connections and has his original label.Hector has peach coloured velvet type paw pads with some holes in them, and his left paw has had some stitches.There are patchy areas of baldness to him all over, but this just adds to his character…All these features are fairly typical of an old vintage bear with a story to tell…Please take a look at the photos, as they also form part of the description.I post Monday – Friday as promptly as possible.
