This is a used vintage Teddy Bear.
The condition is play worn to good.
He has large glass eyes.
Ears on the corners of his head.
Vertical stitched nose, which is a little unevenly sewn.
Upturned smile mouth.
Fully jointed with hard discs, all joints working.
His pads are of the same mohair fabric as the body.
He has short stubby arms.
There is some wear to the mohair on corners and often handled areas.
Most of it is good.
He has a growler but it only works on a very firm shake.
This looks like an English bear to me, but no label so hard to attribute.
