This listing is for ‘Fleur’ a beautiful Antique/Vintage Omega Teddy bear from the 1930s. Fleur is a British made Omega bear and ideal for a collector that likes their bears to be in beautiful ‘hug ready’ condition.She is 14 inches tall and retains most of her fluffy honey blond mohair fur. She has been very thoroughly and carefully cleaned and smells nicely of bear (no strong perfume smells) Her fur is soft and easily combed, there’s no matted fur whatsoever.There are a couple of areas of thinning, mostly on her legs (please see photos)She is in beautiful condition considering her age…..She is 5 way jointed and all joints move well…..her legs are a little ‘Swingy’ but all are very secure. She has her original glass eyes which were painted on the backs but over the years some of this has since worn off. Her eyes have been sewn in properly so are nice and secure. She is firmly filled with wood wool……Fleur’s ‘hand’ paw pads have been sympathetically restored so that part of the original material remains, they have been carefully backed with vintage fabrics that match well. Her foot pads are all original and are in excellent condition. She has all her nose, mouth and claw stitching.She comes with her hand made dress made from Vintage French linen, hand knitted mohair wrap, pretty bow tied around her ear, knitted ankle bracelet and yarn bow tied around her wrist.She will come carefully wrapped and boxed and posted by Royal Mail next day 1pm special delivery with insurance to cover the full value.If you aren’t delighted with Fleur you are welcome to return her to me for a full refund…(buyer pays return postage)She comes from a smoke free home.This bear is for adult collectors only and is not considered suitable for young children due to safety considerations.Any questions please do ask and thanks for considering……..
