This Is Jaffa, He’s a 23″ 1940’s Chiltern Teddy bear with wonderfully soft golden mohair fur. He’s a gorgeous bear with heaps of character and is perfectly ‘hug ready’ for the discerning collector.
He is five way jointed and all his joints move well. He’s had a thorough clean and smells nicely of bear…he does have some fur loss on his front, back and a very small amount on his face so please do look at all his photos as they also form part of his description. On the whole though he still has a wonderful amount of soft fluffy golden fur coverage which is in good condition.
Jaffa has had his amber coloured glass eyes sewn in as original and they are nice and secure. He is perfectly filled with kapok to his body, arms and legs and his head is firmly filled with wood wool. He has had all of his claw stitching re sewn as original.
His paw pads are made of soft velveteen, they have a little amount of wear and he has had a little sewing repair to his right foot pad which is now nice and secure, I still consider his paw pads to be in good condition.
He comes with his sweet outfit of soft cardigan, hand made linen trousers (Made from French vintage fabric) and hand knitted super soft fluffy scarf with boucle yarn bobbles.
His price includes next day special delivery for UK purchases and I use eBay’s global shipping programme for international purchases. He will come protected in a strong cotton drawstring bag, bubble wrapped and he will travel in a strong cardboard box. I will keep you notified and give you your tracking details as soon as he is on his way.
