This is Stanley he is a sad bear in poor condition – an old teddy bear dating from around 1920s ? not certain of the date. I am no teddy bear expert. He has a long pointed nose and he has moveable arms, and legs. There are no makers marks.
Stanley has a black sewn thread nose but missing some threads and there is a hole on his nose where you can see the straw filling . He has only one eye and I an not sure if this is original as it looks a little too big I think. Both arms and both legs can be moved – but the head has been repaired at the back and this seems to have stopped the head from moving.

There are a number of faults please read the condition report above. Most of the golden brown mohair fabric is worn and rubbed in places from years of being loved and the sewn nose is damaged. The leather paws are missing and the paws are badly rubbed.
He stands 19 inches tall.
Poor Stanley is worn and damaged – but I hope someone can rescue him.
The bear will be packed carefully in a box to ensure he arrives in as described condition. I maybe able to get a better postage price for customers in Europe please message me for an exact price.
