Miss Petula – 1930’s/40’s English? Teddy Bear – Antique Old TLC Restoration
This little lady is Miss Petula. I’ve listed her as a restoration, although really, she just could do with some simple tlc to really make her shine.She stands 16inches tall, is fully stuffed with woodwool – her legs and head are firm, and her arms and tum are much softer (excessive cuddling and loving from her old owners I suspect). She’s covered in thinning blonde mohair, and smells nice and none smokey, but would benefit from some cleaning as she does have some (lipstick?) marks to her, and it would perk her up. She has likely replacement glass eyes (which you may wish to replace to really bring her to life!), replacement/split? ears (done a very long time ago by the looks of her really old flower with metal pin which she has in her ear), original pads, stitched nose and mouth.
All in all Miss Petula is a sweet endearing little ted, who could really be transformed with a bit of fun tlc, and maybe a bit of dress up? Could you be the one to make her sparkle?All offers considered and I always combine postage costs where applicable. Any questions or videos required please message me :-)
