Lucky Louis: Cute Early Chad Valley Magna Old Antique Mohair Teddy Bear – 1930s Lucky Louis is a very, very cute old English teddy bear made by Chad Valley in the 1930s and stands around 15 inches tall.Lucky Louis is named after his vintage collar with bells and his beautifully fitting old felt coat.He’s a squidgy little teddy bear with all original stitching, and orange and black glass eyes.He’s lost a fair bit of his golden mohair but it’s reasonably even all over, so it doesn’t really detract from his cuteness.Although he’s lost her old foot label, he has the remains of the stitching that held it in on his right foot and with his thick horizontal nose stitching, he is undoubtedly a Chad Valley Magna.All in all he’s a very cute little old bear with tons of character and would look super with some other teds.All offers considered and I always combine postage costs where applicable.
