Panda bears are always popular with collectors. This lovely little panda measures 12 inches, and is made of black and white mohair, which is in good clean condition. There is just some thinning to the mohair on his face, probably from being kissed too much!. All the rest of the mohair is nice and thick and in lovely condition.He has amber glass eyes, with black felt eye patches, and has his original nose and mouth stitching. He also has his claw stitching intact.All his velveteen pads are in good condition. His right foot pad shows where the Chiltern label once was.His head is straw filled, and kapok filled elsewhere. His tummy squeaker no longer works.He is 5 way jointed. His head and leg joints work fine, but the arm joints are a little stiff with age, and disuse. I’m sure they will loosen up a bit with use, when he gets a new loving owner.He has a lovely red silk ribbon bow. Don’t know if it’s original, but it looks lovely on him.A lovely little thing, in nice clean condition with no nasty odours.
