1950’s Chiltern mouse ear blonde mohair teddy bear.
This very sweet looking blonde mohair Chiltern mouse ear teddy dates to circa 1950’s.
He stands at 15″ tall and he is five ways jointed so he can be nicely posed and is stuffed with
kapok in his body and wood wool in his head. He has been loved and could do with a light
surface clean to spruce him up a little but he still has all of his original features intact
including his amber and black glass eyes, black plastic nose and those wonderful large ears
which are perched up on the corner of his head, giving him his mousey look.
He has a good coverage of his pale blonde mohair plush with some overall thinning and
bare patches but I would estimate he has retained approximately 80% coverage overall
and he is a sturdy and sweet looking bear that would sit nicely in any hug.
He is being offered with a reasonable ‘buy it now’ price
but as ever I am open to all sensible offers.
