This vintage teddy bear was made by Deans during the 1960s (label can be found sewn into left hand seam – reads “Deans Childsplay Toys Ltd Rye Sussex”.
He is a very large 26″ in height and is made from a lovely gold coloured mohair with no holes, worn patches or tears!!
He is fully jointed, all original with brown/black plastic eyes and a black stitched nose and mouth. He is stuffed with a kapok filling throughout and has a working growler in his tummy. He also has his original brown material pads – again with no holes or tears.
He comes wearing his red bow and is in excellent condition.
