Chad Valley Cubby Bear from the 1950’s, lovely condition. Condition is “Used”. Dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Charlie is a lovely alpaca bear, in two tone colours of beige and cream and was made in the 1950s. His design name is Cubby Bear and he is definately a young chap! He has his original eyes and nose and paw pads and claws; his right foot has clear outline of where the Fifties square Chad Valley label would have been. The only wear to his fur is a small ampunt in the centre of his tummy where his squeaker is (now silent). I have just noticed a tiny repair on his left leg where it looks as if a small amount of seam has come undone and someone has put in a couple of stitches.His right pawpad has some stains on it too (think he has been feeding himself!).
He has to find a new home as we no longer have room for most of my bears….(2 others are up for sale just now too, and more to come.) Can you find room for him?
