Large Deans Rag Book gold mohair ‘Mouse Ear Bear’ Circa 1940’s-50’s.
This wonderful Deans teddy bear was made by Deans Rag Book company circa 1940’s -50’s and still has his original label on his right foot pad. He is a larger size bear, standing at a whopping 26″ tall and is in generally very good condition with an excellent coverage of his bright golden mohair
with just a little overall thinning and a couple of small bare patches.
All of his original features are still intact, including his felt backed glass eyes and felt paw pads, whichare also in very good condition with no holes or damage apart from some tiny shallow nibbles as you cansee. He is five ways jointed with all his joints working smoothly so he can be nicely posed and he isa very handsome chap and would make a fine addition to any hug of bears.
