Ivan Mustard VERY CUTE 1950’s Chad Valley Teddy Bear with label – Old Antique
This is Ivan (his Sunday name) Mustard .. otherwise known as Mini Mustard. He is a seriously cute 1950’s Chad Valley teddy bear, who is adorable to hold with his little face !!! :-)He stands 12inches tall, is fully jointed and stuffed with woodwool and kapok. He retains his original facial stitching, safety eyes, original rexine pads, card lined feet and claw stitching. (His pads are in fantastic condition as shown, other than a little hole at the top of his left handpad from too much handshaking! I haven’t darned it as it isn’t causing any problems, but i’m happy to do so before posting if requested). Mini Mustard is also covered in lots and lots of fluffy mohair and retains his Chad Valley side label. At some point one of his loving owners has named Ivan and given him a name tag, which he still likes to wear!He’s an adventurous little poppet and likes a play in the garden, but is now on the hunt for new grounds to potter around. He will travel to his new home in his vintage waistcoat ready to fill you in on his travels. He can be seen here with is best friend Derek Cotton, who’s also looking for a new home.
