Meet Henry a lovable Chiltern Hugmee bear looking for a new home.
Henry is in lovely condition having retained all his thick mohair over the years, just a small bald patch at the back of his head were it has rubbed when he has been laid down. The last photo shows this in close-up, this also shows his approx.true colour, in the other photos he has photographed paler than his true golden colour.
He has glass eyes, stitched nose and mouth, velvet pads with carded feet these have four stitched claws each, difficult to see as his mohair is so thick – all original.
Henry is 5-way jointed with disc joints, all nice and firm as is his stuffing, solid head and softer body and limbs.
I believe Henry dates from 1940’s.
Very clean and odour free – from a pet and smoke free home.
Henry is sitting here waiting to meet his new owner and hopefully some new bear pals.
