This handsome Chiltern teddy bear was introduced in the 1950’s, and has a perfect working internal chiming ting a ling movement when he is shaken.The bear is in near perfect condition, with full mohair coverage., and a lovely thick coat….no thinning or balding areas. His head is a bit wobbly, but this just seems to add to his charm!He has glass eyes, short pile mohair muzzle, and shield shaped nose.He is 5 way jointed, and has carded feet to enable him to stand unaided, and he has all his claw stitching intact. He is straw filled throughout.The only small fault I can find is that there is a little wear to the rexine finish on his paw pads.Apart from that he is in beautiful, clean condition , with no nasty odours…probably the nicest example I’ve ever had.
