Flora is a beautiful old Chiltern bear dating to the 40’s. She is 14 inches tall, fully jointed and a mix of woodwool and kapok stuffed with a non-working squeaker. Her pads are all original – the feet are card lined – indicative of the earlier bears – and she has a small hole to one of her hand pads. Flora has a wonderful coat of mohair – thick and clean – but she does have a bare patch to one arm – probably where she has been carried by little hands – she also has a little nick to her ears and muzzle – very minor. Flora will come as pictured in her dress and with her toy bunny – a very sweet bear in need of a home xxxx
Please be aware I am a lover of the tattier old teds with oodles of character so bear this mind before buying – no bear will be perfect – far from it – but I guarantee they are all perfectly adorable. I try to list every bear accurately – if there is anything I forget I can only apologise – I try to put plenty of photos up so please take a good look as these form part of the description. I happily post overseas but anything over 40 in value HAS to be tracked hence overseas postage may seem a lot – if postage is less than quoted I will happily refund the difference.
