An Old Musical Monkey
You are viewing an old monkey who happens to be musical! He is in good condition with no obvious rips, tears, damage or fouling to his mohair. He is 60cm tall so quite a big one and contains a mechanism which plays music when you press his tummy (Not like a battery operated button, it plays on the press in and the release out so you have to constantly press it to continue the tune, it’s quite a primitive mechanism which leads me to the conclusion that this is old) He has felt hands and feet which are free from damage however they are discoloured because of their age, There are several spots where he has gone bald although his mohair covered the majority of his body, it is white mohair but dark tipped. He has both of his ears which are made from the same felt as his hands and feet, again this is discoloured.
