MARCUS – 21″ large-size Dean’s teddy bear made in Pontypool, Gwent UK in 1993.A beautiful limited edition teddy bear made from a long-pile bright ginger coloured mohair.This bear was based on an antique 1920’s pattern from Dean’s archives and is one of a small edition of this bear but has sadly lost his certificate of authenticity. However the bear does carry the exclusive Dean’s Limited Edition pendant in black and gold and has a Dean’s Ragbook Co label on the right foot bearing the ‘Made in Great Britain’ detail and the Dean’s 2-dogs The bear measures 21″/22″ and is fully jointed – 5 moving parts.The bear growls convincingly when tipped forwards and is recommended for children over the age of 3 years or as an adult collectible item.He has safety eyes and a hand-stitched brown nose, with mid-brown felt pads and paws.Condition is as new – the bear has only been displayed and never played with.
