Lovely vintage dog made by Chad Valley (label visable between back legs) during the 1930s/1940s.
He measures approximately 9″ in length and approximately 7″ to the top of his head.
Please see photos for condition. Made from a blond and cream coloured short pile mohair – sparse nowadays with some balding.
However he is extremely cute and in need of a new forever home!!!
He is stuffed with a mixture of wood wool and kapok stuffing and has a non working squeaker in his tummy. He unfortunately only retains one of his original orange/black glass eyes, but still has his original black stitched nose (with longer outer downward facing stitches) and black stitched mouth.
