Billy is a sweet, smiley, old, fully jointed mohair Cheeky bear by Merrythought, dating to the 1950s.
He is 13″ tall, and he is all original, including his eyes, hand stitched nose and mouth, and original claw stitching. He has bells in both ears. He has a couple of holes and repairs to his foot pads and a 1cm split to his plush at his left ankle. But in terms of his mohair he is in lovely clean, bright & sweet smelling condition with just slight wear to his face and left arm. He is a wonderful example of an early Merrythought Cheeky bear and would make a lovely addition to any bear collection.
