DELIGHTFUL RARE VINTAGE WENDY BOSTON CAT WITH LABEL
This charming vintage Wendy Boston cat dates from sometime between 1950-1960.
His label (stitched on) is approximately 80% intact but is still easy to read (please see close up photo).
He measures approximately 18 inches in length from nose to tail (longest point) and approximately 7½ inches in height from floor to top of his head.
He is not jointed/permanently in a lying position (this is how he was made).
His beautiful long white plush is in excellent clean condition, with no tangles or knots, no marks or discolouration, and no thinning or bald patches.
He retains all his original whiskers, original little pink nose and original beautiful bright blue plastic cat eyes.
His antique/vintage bell and antique 1940’s cornflower blue American seam binding neck ribbon are not original to him, but suit him very well and are included in the sale.
He is an extremely clean little cat with no musty or unpleasant odours of any sort.
Other than the 20% loss to his label, he is very to fault and is in excellent condition.
