‘BALDWIN – AN ANTIQUE 1920’S AMERICAN STICK BEAR
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
Baldwin is an antique American ‘Stick’ Bear made around 1920.
He measures approximately 17½ inches in height and is five way disc jointed, with all joints in good condition.
He is a lovely orange coloured bear, and made of mohair which is very clean and soft but rather sparse . . .
He is filled entirely with wood wool, which is firm and evenly distributed, and has a non functioning growler located in his body. His original paw pads have surface rubs but are complete and intact. He has original black boot button eyes (stitched in) and black horizontally stitched nose and muzzle.
He is a very clean bear with no musty or unpleasant odours, and he has no serious faults or damage.He has light general overall age related playwear, but is basically sound and in good condition.He is wearing an antique blue ribbon, a scrap of antique white muslin, his favourite little antique stars and stripes scarf and a lovely large rusty old bronze bell around his neck . . . none are original to him, but he will bring them with him to his new home.BALDWIN IS AN ENDEARING OLD BEAR WITH A VERY SWEET FACE.
